Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances

5. Resolution Process

If you have paid but are somehow unable to view your results, please contact us with your receipt and payment details. We will manually re-generate your report and provide on-screen access within 24-48 hours.
If resolution is not possible, a refund may be approved

6. Claim Window

All refund or support requests must be raised within 72 hours of purchase
Requests made after this period may not be considered

7. Refund Timeline & Mode

Approved refunds will be processed within 5�7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

I paid but can't find my PDF - where is it on Android?

The PDF downloads automatically when you tap "Download PDF Report". Here's how to locate it:

Files / My Files app - Open your phone's built-in file manager (called "Files", "My Files", or "File Manager") and tap Downloads
Chrome browser - Tap the three-dot menu (top-right) and tap Downloads
Notification bar - Swipe down from the top of your screen - a download notification may let you open the file directly
Google Files app - Open Google Files, tap Browse, then select Downloads

The file is named CosmicNaam_Report.pdf. If you still can't find it, email us and we'll resend it within 24 hours.

I paid but can't find my PDF - where is it on iPhone?

On iPhone, the file location depends on which browser you used:

Safari - A download icon appears in the top-right corner of your browser after download. Tap it to view the file. You can also go to Files app - On My iPhone - Downloads
Chrome on iPhone - Tap the three-dot menu then tap Downloads

This is considered a technical failure and qualifies for support under our policy. Please:
