Return & Refund Policy

At CosmicNaam, we provide two types of digital offerings: personalized digital reports (based on user-provided birth details) and instant digital product downloads (PDF bundles such as the Business Planner Bundle). Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is as follows.

1. Digital Products (PDF Downloads — e.g. Business Planner Bundle)

All digital product purchases (PDF downloads, ebooks, and bundled guides) are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered, because:

• Digital files can be accessed and copied instantly upon delivery
• There is no way to "return" a digital file
• All product contents are described in full on the product page before purchase

Exception — Non-Delivery: If you completed payment but did not receive your download link via email or could not access the download page, you are entitled to support. Please email us at support.cosmicnnaam@gmail.com with your transaction ID or registered mobile number within 72 hours of purchase. We will deliver your files directly within a few hours.

2. Personalized Digital Reports (Astrology & Numerology)

Our personalized reports are generated based on user-provided inputs such as birth details and last name. As these involve customized digital outputs, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or reused once delivered.

3. No Returns Policy

Across all our products and services:

• All sales are final once the product is generated, delivered, or downloaded
• Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with product content (subjective preference) — all contents are described before purchase
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user (for personalized reports)
• Files successfully delivered but not used or opened
• Purchasing the wrong product

5. Eligible Cases for Refund or Support

In rare cases involving technical failures, we will first attempt to resolve the problem. A refund may be considered only if the issue cannot be resolved.

Eligible cases include:

• Non-Delivery of PDF: Payment confirmed but download link was never delivered to your email and you cannot access the download page
• Corrupted File: The delivered PDF file is unreadable or damaged on all devices
• Duplicate Charge: You were charged more than once for the same order
• System Failure: Technical error resulting in complete data loss after payment

6. Resolution Process

• Our priority is to successfully deliver your purchase
• Email us at support.cosmicnnaam@gmail.com with your payment receipt and transaction ID
• For PDF bundle issues, we will re-send your files within a few hours
• For personalized reports, we will manually re-generate and send access within 24–48 hours
• If resolution is not possible, a refund may be approved at our discretion

7. Claim Window

• All refund or support requests must be raised within 72 hours of purchase
• Requests made after this period may not be considered

8. Refund Timeline & Mode

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
